Exchanges, Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted on full-price merchandise if we are emailed within 7 business days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused, new condition and in it's original packaging. Email us at sandy@zozubaby.com for our return address and be sure to include your order number.

All pull-priced items are eligible for an exchange depending on product availability.  Please email us at sandy@zozubaby.com to begin the exchange process.  

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning  or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please be sure to obtain tracking information for your return. 

If an item arrived damaged or incorrect on behalf of ZoZu Baby, we will email you a shipping label to mail back your item and begin the refund or exchange process.
